Since 1992, we have represented players in the NFL, CFL, USFL, AFL, afl2 and Great Britain.
History
John Paul Perla Jr. was one of the first certified NFL agents in the State of Wisconsin. Engaged in the general practice of law since 1978, upon obtaining his NFLPA certification he established his sports management division on the premise of representing college football players in the Upper Midwest region of the country where his office was located. PSM has negotiated contracts on behalf of players in the NFL, CFL, USFL, AFL, afl2 and Great Britain. The development of PSM has evolved to not only represent position players but Specialists, namely, kickers, punters and long snappers. This has allowed the firm to take on a nationally based clientele while providing a full range of services to the players.
