There are a wealth of good college punters available for the 2018 NFL Draft. Perla Sports Management has signed its second punter of the recruiting season, Alan Luna of the University of Texas - El Paso. The senior workhorse punted 79 times this year for a program that went 0-12. Luna averaged over 44 yards per punt, to rank 19th overall in the FBS and finished as the 10th ranked senior punter in the country.
